Audio-described performances
The Segal Centre proudly offers live audio-description for each show this season! With the help of their own phones and the Sennheiser Mobile Connect app, patrons with vision loss will be able to hear enhanced sound and a detailed audio-description of what is happening on stage, narrated live.

Tickets are $30 for patrons using the audio-description services.
Support persons who accompany patrons with special needs can contact our box office for half-priced tickets (subject to availability). We consider a support person to be an individual hired or chosen by a person with special needs to provide services or assistance with communication, mobility, personal care, medical needs, or access to goods or services.

- Plug in your earphones and you are ready to go!
Ask one of our friendly staff members about our other tools available on-site to make your experience as easy and enjoyable as possible, including: program book and bar menu in Braille, tactile map of the venue, and much more!
Our audio-described performances include a Touch Tour before the show.
Our knowledgeable guides will be on hand to assist you, providing descriptive information about the elements you encounter. Gain deeper insights into the production's artistic vision as you interact with the various components that bring the show to life on stage.
