(There is no difference between the content of Broadway Stars 1 & 2- we are simply offering it on 2 different days)

Broadway Stars 1 & 2 are introductory musical theatre courses offering acting, singing and dance training through theatre-based exercises, workshops, and games. Students will be introduced to material from popular classical and contemporary Broadway-style shows. The session will culminate with an open class where we invite parents in to see what their children have been learning.

Our overall goals, through the use of art education, are to enhance our students speaking ability, to create better listening skills, to improve reading comprehension, to increase confidence, to develop a sense of empathy, and to develop a clear understanding of the importance of teamwork.

We will be offering these classes again in 2024. Both sessions will have unique content. If your child is enrolled in our fall session, it does not mean they are automatically registered in any future sessions. Registration for the 2024 beginner classes will take place in December 2023.
