WORLD PREMIERE! A new musical about friendship, love, and the art of creation

Set in present-day Montreal, two childhood friends and creative collaborators race against the clock to finish their latest project: a coming-of-age musical loosely based on their lives. But as they deep dive into the work, long-repressed truths rise to the surface and threaten their partnership. A sexy cautionary tale about writing what you know.

French surtitles for every performance.

Additional English surtitles for every matinee performance.

Talkbacks with members of the cast and creative team after every performance starting Tuesday, June 17.

Fierté Montréal’s Queer Seniors Matinee
Join us on Thursday, June 19th, for Fierté Montréal’s Queer Seniors Matinee! Kick off the afternoon with a pre-show panel at 1 PM, where members of the creative team will share insights about the production—served alongside coffee, tea, and tasty treats. Then, settle in for the 2 PM matinee, proudly presented as part of the 2025 Fierté Montréal Festival.

LISA'S NOTE

“My not-so-guilty pleasure? Rom coms. And, in this new musical love story from one of Montreal’s most promising young artists, Trevor Barrette had me at hello! Bringing this world premiere to the Segal Centre stage during Pride Month is a fabulous way to cap off the season and show our devotion to our mission.”
