When the lights dim, our compassion glows - bring food, bring hope.
From November 24 to December 8, 2025, the Segal Centre invites our audiences, artists, staff, and wider community to join together in a collective gesture of generosity. By donating non-perishable food items, you help support individuals and families who are experiencing food insecurity during a difficult time of year.
What to Donate
We gratefully accept a variety of non-perishable essentials, including:
Food Items
- Canned proteins (tuna, chicken, beans, legumes)
- Canned fruits and vegetables
- Soups and stews
- Pasta, rice, grains, cereals
- Baby formula and baby food
- Nut butters, shelf-stable snacks
Hygiene & Household Products
- Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant
- Diapers and feminine hygiene products
- Toilet paper, tissues
- Laundry detergent, dish soap
Please note: We cannot accept perishable foods, opened packages, or items in glass containers.
Where to Donate
Bring your items to the Segal Centre Lobby during regular opening hours throughout the campaign. Look for our clearly marked collection boxes.
