Black Out Performance - February 15, 2025
Don't miss the Vierge Black Out Performance on February 15, 2025. Black Out Performance is a special evening dedicated to celebrating Black-identifying patrons and offering them a space to enjoy, reflect on, and discuss the play as a community.
Black Theatre Workshop had the joy to witness the power of Black Out Nights during its co-curated run of Is God Is at the National Arts Centre, and is proud to host the first event of its kind for one of their mainstage productions.
"A concept birthed by Slave Play playwright Jeremy O. Harris, the inaugural Black Out Night took place on September 18, 2019."
BTW invites Black audiences to reserve their seats now for an afternoon of connection and artistry.
