COVID PROTOCOLS

The Segal Centre continues to require masks in all our venues, including performances of The Sages of Chelm, and our current sanitary measures will remain in place. This is consistent with the commitments we have made with our artists, staff, and audiences to ensure their safety through to the end of the season.

Masks will be provided at no cost, at all of our entrances.

Audiences are invited to remove their masks when eating and drinking, but must keep them on even when in your assigned seat, for the duration of the performance.

We will be revising our policies as of June 27th and invite you to check back then.

The following measures are in place for all individuals arriving on our premises:

  • A “COVID Officer” is on duty at all times ensuring that all safety protocols are being followed
  • Procedural masks must be worn by everyone at all times while in the building, even when in your assigned seat, for the duration of the performance. Upon arrival, a member of the Front of House staff will provide patrons with a new surgical-grade disposable mask.
  • Hand sanitizing stations throughout the Segal Centre
  • Increased cleaning, disinfection, and sanitizing of all public areas
  • The air circulation system has been optimized.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation. If at any time, you no longer feel comfortable visiting, please contact our Box Office at 514-739-7944 to exchange, credit, or refund your ticket.
