Segal Camp Refund and Cancellation Policy 2024-2025
TERMS & CONDITIONS
● Filling out the online form does NOT confirm a student’s registration. Within 2-3 business days, a representative from the Academy will contact you by email to confirm your child’s registration.
● At minimum, payment for the first session is due prior to the first class.
● Payment for the 2nd session is due the week of January 6th, 2025.
● All courses have a minimum and maximum enrollment – should a course not meet the minimum enrollment, cancellation may be necessary.
● If a student must cancel due to medical reasons, a physician’s note must be provided and a pro-rated refund or credit of equal value towards a future course at the Segal Academy will be applied.
● The Segal Academy reserves the right to change instructors without prior notice.
● The Segal Academy has a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate conduct. Any student showing a lack of respect for staff and property, as well as fellow students or instructors, will be dismissed from the class permanently with no refund.
● Participants are expected to be on time. If a student arrives prior to 4:30pm, parents are aware that their child will be unsupervised and not granted entry into the building. The Segal Academy is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY FOR CAMPS
● Cancellation in writing 4 weeks prior to the camp – full refund.
● Cancellation in writing less than 2 weeks prior to the camp- refund minus $250 cancellation fee.
● Cancellation in writing once the camp has already begun- refund minus a $375 cancellation fee.
● Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal. No refund will be issued for a missed camp.
