Segal Camp Refund and Cancellation Policy 2025-2026


TERMS & CONDITIONS

● Filling out the online form does NOT confirm a camper's registration. Within 2-3 business days, a representative from the Academy will contact you by email to confirm your child’s registration.

● If a camper must cancel due to medical reasons, a physician’s note must be provided and a pro-rated refund or credit of equal value towards a future camp or course at the Segal Academy will be applied. 

● The Segal Academy reserves the right to change instructors without prior notice. 

● The Segal Academy has a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate conduct. Any camper showing a lack of respect for staff and property, as well as fellow students or instructors, will be dismissed from the class permanently with no refund. 

● Participants are expected to be on time and picked up on time.

 

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY FOR CAMPS

● Cancellation in writing 4 weeks prior to the camp – full refund.

● Cancellation in writing less than 2 weeks prior to the camp- refund minus $250 cancellation fee.

● Cancellation in writing once the camp has already begun- refund minus a $375 cancellation fee.

● Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal. No refund will be issued for a missed camp.
