About the Studio

The Studio is our second stage, a 177-seat theatre with flexible seating that can morph into a dance studio, lecture hall, cabaret, or jazz bar. It is home to the Centre's resident theatre company, Sidemart; La Serie Power Jazz Series and the Sun Life Financial Performance Series for Students. It is an intimate place for experimentation, to push the boundaries and to experience what’s new, fresh and leading the way forward in the performing arts. DECEMBER 2009 – SIDEMART THEATRICAL GROCERY A full scale production of Haunted Hillbilly: The Hyram Woodside Atrocity.

APRIL 2010 – THE OTHER THEATRE Shakespeare's Macbeth presented in French and Creole.
